this is one of the Leaders of the secret scientifik porject 7th GATE
he died 50 years before the story I've made takes place ,when the City ( wich still has no name D: ) was taken
over by the Empire , wich was still a rather small group at that time
he only appears in the story again on dairys, protocols of the project and on security camera records
calling him self ZERO in his own dairy wich he started after he noticed that something was going on ( Emperials started taking over at that time
