Moar Skullgirls!This time I drew Cerebella, since she's the other character I like to use. I can kinda even battle on normal mode with Ms. Fortune & Cerebella team.
She has a neat design, also she has pretty big... arms on her living weapon hat thing.
And boobs.
I dunno what else to say, Cerebella is pretty cool, so I drew her :U
