Background-came from and resides in the star Seginus. Linda wasn't originally banished for anything at all, and only joined the Banished Realm because Kezia was forced to. Being a devoted lover of (and possibly obsessed with) Kezia, she immediately followed her suite. Before long, regular fae were noticing objects, and eventually /fairies/ going missing without a trace. Nobody ever realized until quite a few years after the Banishment that Linda was the sly culprit of these disappearances, using her powers to both steal others' belongings and kidnap innocent fae to join the Banished Realm.
