That's a bit extreme 7 hours. I know you have the same 1080 Ti as I do and usually, 1500 samples would run about 3 hours.
Unless you did not remove off camera mesh that should not be rendered. Those XPS scenes could be a show stopper sometimes.
Love this diffuse light here. Is it an HDRI light? hope I am right.

what about your setting sample? For lighting outdoor i using demo pro lighting sky, you should try.

Actually it is the skin texture that I am using, and the top part of the image, when Blender is rendering the leaves. Other than that, the render was actually quite fast.

more a scene are complexe more your render time will be long, do you delete other part are not visible?
