This one really has a powerful, cinematic feel to it. I really like the composition of this image. Probably my favourite part about this is how you applied the red 'mist'. The way it stands out from how the rest of the image has been coloured doesn't actually feel like something that was amateurishly applied by some other means (if that makes sense). Rather, it makes it feel like something that's amiss, unearthly to the point of as if it were truly the essence of something fearfully incomprehensible.
As it stands, this may have very well become my favourite piece of Mother fan-art concerning Giygas, as well as one of my favourite pieces in relation to the franchise at all.

Words cannot describe how much I love this piece, I mean, let alone the awesome detail I see on Ness's PSI shield, but just with the whole thing in general. I especially love the way he's flying into, I believe the Nowhere islands? Was it?

This is one of the few fanarts of this scene that truly captures what I think Itoi was trying to portray with this battle. You took the feeling of the pixels that could not depict the scene well (certainly not AND keep the games rating) and managed to show the terror that, as I said, I think was meant to be seen.
This is a fave without a second thought. Awesome job.

I haven't played the game yet, but I've seen the final battle several times, and have the music. I'm at least somewhat familiar with the setup.
In general, though, I LOVE seeing illustrated action scenes from videogames, and this roxors my soxors. The Devil's machine cracking, with Ness' face inside, Ness as the robot, and Porky a little more active in his spiderthing.
And, as I've said before, I always love seeing artwork done the traditional way, rather than doing it all in Photoshop. Not that Photoshop doesn't take talent, but there's something nice about seeing stuff drawn the old-fashioned way.
