On that vein, I'm really glad that you did this in b&w with only the text colored...it gives it a nice feel and totally enhances the drama and danger X'D Since this is a classic scenario, it's only appropriate that it be done in classic, cinematic style. *mournslackofmustache*
Even bruised and bleeding, Shanks continues to be an ass. X'D I'm sure Roger smiles radiantly and maniacally from the Heavens.
Again, beautiful range of Shanks expressions...And it's very nice that he didn't assault Marco during his brief appearance! Does my old heart good, yes it does to see some restraint in the creature...
It would indeed appear that Beckman knows who the boss is... I love that Shanks knows he's there too...it's so like them...
(also, I think you ended it at just the right place! >:0 it was the logical place to stop considering any continuation would have to be censored for gore, violence, and ideologically sensitive material *yohohoho!*)

I so hate that song. My mum used to sing it to me all the time, just to annoy me. It worked. TAT Stupid hippy name. So when I saw "Karma" here, I felt really bad, like I'd personally done that to Shanks. Then I realised that I love Benn more than Shanks so I felt better again.
