Here is the samurai elder of the Ishihara Clan AND Matriarch of the Hekauran Sanctuary of Ishihara Castle, Akemi. Distrusted by Shen Kwan and fellow clansmen who raised him, being Mamoru and Kiyomi, she has much to prove ever since she was granted leadership of her clan, and to prove so, she has since converted Ishihara Castle to a Hekauran Sanctuary, much to dismay of other Clan Members who prefer the old days prior to Hekauran contact.

She has three children, one she had traditionally (and had since departed the clan, though not so much because of her), the other two she adopted.
