also the world of Ninja Challenge is combined universe of many ninja related things so how will Maikeru and his clan (wolf, right?) get along with Kumogakure (Hidden Cloud village)?

If you can please dont involve his clan . but Maikeru himself hes fine with Kumogakure its only konoha that he has a problem with.

Oh ok ^^ In Ninja Challenge, Kumo is the only village that appears mostly. I will maybe add the InuyashaxAyane pairing to a side-story of the series.

also does Maikeru's katanas have any names? also does he have any other weapons?

Nope still working on his jutsus Maikeru is skilled with his blades and hand to hand. well there is that blast he charges and takes the shape of a wolfs head butI never named it.

no sorry just keep him with what he has plz. Maybe ill call that jutsu howling blast... anyways the way he charges it is similar to gokus kamehameha but he has to put his hands together at first and the way he luanchs it is with his right hand. this move leaves demons to dust.
