Thank you so much! I try to think up stories & backgrounds before I even start a piece. So sometimes I work on a story as long as I've worked on the doll ^_^ Coming up with names is the hardest part for me.

for me my characters names just seem to come as they grew

My problem seams to be more that the spell checker doesn't understand the names I come up with LOL or no one would be able to understand them but me, but I guess that could be because they are goblin names, so I normally end up turning them into easier to understand names ^_^

With names like Barbarana or Bang Bang spell checker is not my friend either
I have to be careful with names like Big Hooter

^_^ lots & lots of tries. They are basically the same hands I designed for my Fire Gang only much smaller

Haha, I bet. I have yet to succeed in making clean, unripped soft hands for dolls, but I suppose I just need to keep trying.

yeah turning can be a pain, I lost count on how many hands I ripped. I experimented with lots of fabric & patterns before I got it right, but I still mess up a few hands here & there. I found Dolskin & Deer Suède (fake Suede) to be the best for really small things. I want to make some even smaller but no luck yet ^_^

I'll have to look into those. Currently I've been trying craft velour and it's fairly decent, but a pain to actually sew because the fabric likes to shift around a lot.
