North American Arms Pug-T Magnum Revolver in .22 Winchester-Magnum is probably the most concealable magnum gun in the world. With full steel construction, single action trigger perfected more than century ago and tritium illuminated express-style easily readable sights there is not much that can go wrong with it.

Can be great self defense tool for someone who wants the weapon, that can be 100% hidden while wearing any outfit. Just dont expect much stoping power coming out of 1 inch barrel. If that person wants something even more concealable - there are only strange "spy" accessories like shooting cigarette lighters or pen guns in .22 Short, that are all single shot and can not be considered an effective weapon. "Pug" also can be good tetriary backup handgun. Reloading is slow and tedious process requiring fieldstrip, but at least its very safe to carry with hammer down on safety notch between chambers.
