I took this photo in St.Petersburg - it had taken 22 yrs to construct this fabulous cathedral. It is truly stunning and breathtaking. I'm told everything that glitters in it IS gold!Related content

the rounded lines of the arches flow nicely in this photograph. i like it a lot, the angle in which our eye is brought to look at the mural on the inside of the dome. great tones too, really brings out the gold in everything. nice nice nice! i hope to go to this cathedral as well in my life

You've captured the pristine glory of gold extremely well, glittering and magnificient without over-saturating it. The lighting is perfect: beautific and softly glowing, carrying the same feel as if I were there myself.
I love the composition most of all. It looks like a shot one might see in a city brochure. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
