At first I didn't thought that the song would fit, but then I listenend to it again and again and again and again and somehow I started to interpret the thing differently and that was the moment I tried it.

Ohhh, you won't believe it - I finally figured out how to render something in Blender... okay the old Blender, but it's a start. Just need to get used to the camera and that stuff... and the lights. I was too lazy to disable the Pythonpath all the time to get the new Blender running (aside from the fact that I'm completely lost in it - didn't even find the materials ), although I think I will try to learn Cycles at one point. I just need to find a manual - "Cycles for Idiots".

yeah cycles can be a bit of pain when getting started lol im waiting till i get my new laptop before i try and render something again in it >.< lol

I tried it with a Model of Cloud and had to stop the first complete Rendering after two hours, because I needed the RAM for something different. I'll probably stick to my normal working routine - means I render the background different from the Model and do the rest in Photoshop. But Blender really makes a difference, now that I see it...

yeah i know what you mean lol blender is surprisingly powerful for a free programme you can get some really decent quality images from it

i myself want to use 3DSMax for renders, since i think it is the best one, but obviously its a bit harder to get than blender, but as an alternative, blender is amazing knowing me ill end up using both xD

I was surprised how high-quality the image was in end. I tried a few things yesterday, but tried something different now... and was shocked. I was to lazy yesterday to apply all the bumps. What a difference!

I've seen the results of 3DSMax and they are amazing. I know that 3DSMax is quite difficult to get here, maybe that's the reason I will try to focus a bit on Cycles... at a later date when I get at least a halfway decent grip on the lights.

yeah i agree

yeah i wanna get my head around cycles a bit too, from looking at it, it looks very similar to using 3DSMax and the results if done correctly you can barely tell the difference lol when the new laptop comes i think i will work with both just to see how they both compare with the work processes and things lol plus by that point im sure we will have more of our FF7 remake models ive got a few things in mind for those once the new lappy is here lol lights arent too bad tbh, its just getting them in the right position and things lol but thankfully we have photoshop on our side too, so we can always add lightsources and more light from there ^^

The results of Blender and 3DSMax are both amazing. I have to read the description of the pictures every time, what software was used in the end. Sounds like you have a lot of ideas once you have your new laptop. And we'll probably have a bunch of FF7-Remakes at our hands then. I hope my laptop will stick with me for a while though - I don't wanna reinstall all my stuff for the... 6th time? My second render try was a picture with the Default-Tifa and Cloud but I messed up the lights. Maybe I try that again later and if nothing works... Photoshop is our best friend, you're absolutely right with that.
