this is the latest picture i was commissioned to draw of belle from disneys 'beauty & the beast'.i already had a picture of belle in my toon gallery which i drew back in 2008 but i liked this one better so i replaced the old one with this new version.

My only complaint is the eyes. Belle had big brown eyes, here they look green.

Oh...you always make her gown so sparkly....how do you do that?

its just an effect i use in the art package i jus. i draw out a little sparkle shape in white then i fade it slightly & att it to the drawing.
