Personality: adventurous, curious, excitable

Likes: treasure, exploring the flooded mines, shiny things

Dislikes: the dark, the Bailey Gang seahorses, being out of the water for too long

Bio: There are plenty of places to explore underwater in the flooded mines, and Elliot has made it his goal to explore every shaft. He'll find a number of shiny things, such as old yet pristine tools, ores, abandoned shiny stones and metals, and more. He has his own cave where he hoards what he finds, but he's willing to trade for neat shinies and knickknacks if anyone is willing to offer them. Preferring the life of a spelunker rather than fighting, at the first sign of danger he prefers to hide away until the danger is gone, resorting to fighting back when absolutely necessary. Being fairly familiar with the flooded mines, he'll guide the sheriff and deputies and show them the better hiding places if they suspect rogues and bandits may be hiding in them. Preferring not to get involved and just getting the threats cleared away, he will cooperate as long as he doesn't have to stick around for the fights.

Powers: hot bubble breath, weak flight, charge, tail is prehensile, fairly good swimmer
