A picture normally looks out at a size a less than 16х12 cm. Clouds are done rudely. In what idea of picture? Did you want to pass a pore rain then? Then after the rain there is a sense of purity, freshness. A depth failing. A back background tears. At persistent permanent practice and search you will learn to co-ordinate colors and feel space. Positive is an attempt to pass to the spectator of sense of that painting is easily and everybody can draw. Recommend you to develop in direction of expressivity of serve and not accent on working out in detail. Working over is needed only unexpected things and symbols of idea of picture.

Truthfully I don't know much about water coloring but I think your art is truly awesome. I have 3 paintings in my stairwall of my house that looks exactly like this one, which is great. Maybe you should give an explanation about the weather though since to me it seems like a cloudy day..maybe you need a more brighter blue color for the sky.
People wouldn't crowd like that beneath a cloudy sky, right?
