I took this shot on a chilly night last month in December 2023 in central Iowa. Everyone was telling us to go outside and look at the moon. We went and checked it out and this is what we saw, it's pretty freakin cool. I have never seen this before in my life and we just stared at it like this for like 15 minutes. The icing on the cake was the bright light right next to it is the planet Jupiter. It might even be a once in a lifetime event for me, so I was super excited to capture it.
