Gave the backrunners an overhaul that I am finally happy with - unfortunately, I didn't have the time to dedicate to a full ref, so I threw this together real quick. Figured it would be a good idea, since I wanna offer some more adopts of these guys.
New name, new ref, same terrible, shrieking monsters with big, ridiculous gill-necks. We're not sure where they came from, but they keep rooting through garbage and blocking traffic, so it's a problem.
They're not an open species so please don't make your own - but I'll have more of their world to share with you very soon.

I would love to see visuals for threat displays/body language, and also a more in-depth reference for how the different hoods can fold? Very curious to know how it works so I can replicate it properly when attempting to draw them in the future!

Your species looks amazing! And it looks really thought out to, I honestly really like the creatures with longer bodies, they remind me of little ferrets. Also it kinda reminds me of axolotles •w•
