For ~IzzyTheOnyxDragon ! 
I wanted to draw an onyx dragon, but, I didn't feel like using greys and blacks so I used blue :d I hope you like it and once again, sorry for the belatedness of the whole thing!
(The dragon's supposed to be smiling though it isn't really clear ^^)
