So I'm guessing Diablo farted or something and disrupted the space-time continuum which brought everybody together and BAM! Heroes of the Storm (that was my brief to myself, anyway). I also went for a stained-glass aesthetic since I was inspired by Diablo and DRAGON AGE INQUISITION (!) concept art.I DREW EVERYBODY OMG although I cheated a little for some heroes heh.
RIP my right hand, the lineart was killer.On a more serious note I spent one week on this; this is one week of my life I'm never getting back so I'm not open to criticism regarding this piece now, sorry :d so if you don't like it don't tell me. Original file size was also 7440x12000, so it was a very slow week as my Photoshop was running very slowly especially towards the end.
I'll also like to point out that while some of the heroes present are undoubtedly "good" and "evil" many are actually morally grey, which is interesting. So don't let the positions of the heroes necessarily dictate their good-evil alignment because I originally sorted them by colour.

I'm just now seeing this pic, and it's great! I admire the good/evil arrangement of the characters, but I do indeed recognize some of the characters as being, like you said, "morally grey." Interesting use of shapes and lines, too. Definitely a lot of time and effort.
Since you asked in the description, my favorites to play are Kael'thas, Jaina, Brightwing, and Sylvanas, but there are so many others that are pretty good, too! They're all unique in their own ways. Sorry for the late comment.

Thanks! It was also interesting to see how the colours of the heroes tended to *generally* align with their level of morality. Like the more "evil" (and I use this term loosely) tend to be purple, etc. Thanks, once again, for your comment!

Looks amazing! It's great that all the characters are there. They all need some love, not just the major ones. I tend to like a lot of them... I can never choose which one is my favorite.

Thank you! I originally arranged the heroes by colour so it would look less jarring, although this arrangment changed a lot by the time I was done (e.g. Jaina at the top corner).
