Hey, how do you make your GIFs? I was wanting to make one of him (Unfair Mario part 4 where he flips out at 12:40-12:50 XD) but none of the website I'm trying have worked, and plus I just realized that I would have to cut/zoom in on the little webcam square in the corner to get just him, and not the entire game screen. :/ What do you use to make yours? I'm guessing you probably have an actual program, not just a website...

Sorry for such a late reply!
Anyway, I use VideoPad Video Editor to cut the video down to just the particular moment I want, then I "import video frames to layers" using Photoshop CS5. Afterwards, I edit/crop/adjust in either CS5 or Photoshop Elements 7, which is where I finally render it as a .gif. :0 terribly long process. Lol. Hope this helps!
