the colors falling down the page, the reds and purples, remind me of fabric folds. did u use pen at all?

i used a small amount of black ballpoint as a finishing touch.
also, one of my brushes was waterlogged and bristles came out all over the paper... i liked the idea so they ended up leaving crinkly black lines in some places haha.

Don't be so hard on yourself. It has a very dark feel and is still extremely vivid.

Watercolor has such a way of making something creep when used a certain way~
I love the colors and I think you should work with this sort of thing more and see what happens.

thanks! watercolors are definitely my favorite and i'm trying to learn to use them without so much structure/ink... they seem right that way. @___@
