“What do you mean ‘I’ve made a decision’? Decision about what??” Russell demanded, annoyed with Ash’s hesitation.
When Ash told him to meet in front of the broken down Rattle’s Rest, Russell was already upset. Why wait? Just tell him right there! Russell didn’t understand the dramatics of having to ‘set up meetings’ in order to discuss something. Just get to the point and say what needed to be said. All this waiting around was infuriating.
When Ash did show up to meet him, Dusty

Dusty has a pretty frail personality, but he's actually more physically strong than gros usually expect! Still, poor boy.
