This is a wonderful image. It has such a powerful message and inspires hope for a lot of people.
The words seem to sit above your hand instead of actually being on your skin, as if it is reaching out to you, convincing you that yes, it will be ok. The saturation is a good choice as it shows how far you have come, since despite it highlighting the scars on your arm, the butterfly stands strong against the black and white. The words and the butterfly are both in perfect focus which is usually very difficult to do.
I hope that you will be able to remain strong and inspire others to do the same.

it is a really good picture. I love the words and the butterfly, it is one way to stop hurting yourself. keep up the good work keeping yourself from cutting, or from suicide. If you keep hurting yourself just draw more butterflys instead of cutting and doing suicide. I hope this works for you, and I hope you stop the cutting. I also hope that anyone else who cuts will stop because not only are you hurting yourself you are hurting everyone else around you. Just keep safe, and continue the good work of trying to stop. ^_^ ^_^ I love the picture keep it up
