Stupidity and criminality seems to be a thing inside the Republican Party these days, not confined to the Federal sphere. What a nice guy State Rep Jon Stone (NH) turned out to be when his employment records were finally made public. Really, who wants people like these in Office? Oh yeah, Trumpers and other MAGAts..

Imagine what Chris Farley would do with Trump today.

No doubt that Trump is losing it. His tweets on "Truth Social" are becoming more and more unhinged every day. What is most concerning is he is daring the Courts to put him in jail for Contempt. Essentially, the Court is not doing much, the odd fine here and there, but not jailing him. Trump knows that if he is jailed, this just gives him more ammunition, no matter how he lies about it, to rile up his supporters causing more problems all over the country. Where is the respect for the Rule of Law here? So far, in none of his cases, has Trump's attorneys even raised the issue or even talked about exculpatory evidence. They are all relying on his deranged assumption of "Presidential Immunity". In short, they are not saying he hasn't committed any crimes, they are saying that as a former President, he is immune from prosecution. That argument fails badly when considering that these crimes were committed in collusion with a lot of other people, so why are they to be held responsible than he is not?
