I like this design! The collar and mask designs make her look like a superhero, as does the red, white, and blue color scheme. Were you inspired by Superman or Captain America when you made this? I thought of them when I saw the picture, which was why I asked.

And respect to the process to evolve... honestly, I didn't think about that before XD but maybe can evolve when you have a fighting type in your team in level 50 and level up your eevee
