Then lower the brightness on your screen or wear sunglasses and work in grayscale. My computer teacher warns that we should wear tinted glasses when working on the PC for long periods of time to prevent damage to the eyes. I hope you paint more, your work is good.

That's actually a really good idea! I'll do that the next time I have to work on photoshop for hours Dx
