"Deep in the South Pacific lies the island of Isla Vegas. Lately some strange things have been happening there, island-wide power outages, disappearances, and rumors of a bizarre illness only known as "Walking Sickness." The anomaly has caught the attention of the mysterious House Organization. When that happens they deploy their C.A.R.D.S. agents, powered up super women capable of eliminating the world's threats before they become an issue. Agent Mustang of the Red Spades has been sent to Isla Vegas to investigate and eliminate one such threat."
