I love the colors. It is one those pictures you do that makes me curious what the original looked like because it has just enough to seem almost natural or realistic enough to make me wonder if it was edited or just a little touch up. Either way as always awesome work!Β

That dark grey gradient in the light corner ruined it for me. Sorry.

lol, nelleke... you should really wind down. People are entitled to voice their opinions likeΒ lapis-lazuri Β here. <> are not entitled to purely positive "constructive" feedback. You define feedback like its a ready cut finished piece of commodity. It's like a comment saying "hey, that looks really good" is less worth than some 6k line bla bla bla of some self proclaimedΒ experts rambling fanbloat, oh no, you have to read a "tutorial" on how to interpret and give good, constructive feedback.lapis-lazuri Β here didn't like the light corner, fine... you catch my drift, that is his opinion.Β BTW, have you ever replied and thanked people for the support and favs they give you...like we all did back in the days? or maybe you think they're not entitled to it... Get a grip. Β

My comment's harshness was provoked by the beauty of that photo, underneath the gradients. Don't get me wrong. I use those too, I know what you put them for, but they are just too brutal on this one, especially given the tender light which shines below. And I know how to give better criticism, I just don't always bother to. Especially that late at night.

I can perfectly understand you about darkness.... I've had similar troubles with overly light spots, they can be a nightmare to subdue. Try experimenting with different blending options, that might help although not against pure white of course, and you can also try a gradient of some dark hue of a color that is already present in the picture, not just the neutral black. It might correspond better with the color scheme of the rest of the picture and be less striking this way.
