Coiled and strangled by throns,
You continue to walk,
The exit obscured and distrought,

My idle soldier.
Your trance disturbed as you're bardged,
Your eyes spring open to view the brightness,
The mass of people crowded around you,
Such a busy time of day,

The colour and noise flood your conciousness,

Your heart fall silent,
The thorns digging into your feet,
The path shifting in sand,
You can feel it now, can't you?
You can see your dire mistake,
Yet your hand remains in position,
It shifting to apply pressure,
The sand before you errupting,
A crevis swallowing you whole,
Emptiness and darkness.
Surrounded and deafened,
Your path came to an end,
Your memory now wasted dreams.
