Description
— Tama? —
An elder voice called. King Simba approached his daughter, Princess Tama, who was sitting alone by the rocks. Simba sat by her side, noticing her unamused glare.
— What is it now, Dad?… —
The Princess said, not even looking at her father. She had recent scars from the War with the Outsiders, although she wasn’t upset by just a few scratches, her older sister, Kiara, was the talk of the Pride.
— You look upset, honey. What’s wrong? —
— Nothing- It’s nothing. —
Simba sighed. Pulling his daughter closer, the King gave her a warm lick on the cheek.
— Dad. —
— Yes? —
— … Who am I? —
Simba’s eyes widened upon hearing that question. He was confused, yet a little scared.
— What do you mean, Tama? —
The King asked, tilting his head.
— Who am I? Just another ordinary lioness that was lucky to be the King’s daughter? Is this my only personality? My only trait? —
She frowned, clearly upset.
— It’s not fair… It’s not fair! I’m tired, I’m tired of it. I don’t know… It’s like I’m not someone, it’s like I’m not a lion anymore, it’s like I’m an object. I don’t want to be known as ‘Simba’s daughter’ forever and ever until I die. I don’t want to be known as ‘The Queen’s sister’… I want to be known for who I am. And maybe… And maybe I don’t even know who I am at this point. —
As tears could be seem running down her cheeks, Simba’s eyes also felt sensible. Simba pulled his daughter into a big hug, making her feel more warm in his fluffy mane.
— I know who you are. —
— Who? —
— … You. —

Hey guys!! Here with another drawing
Simba and Tama II! Tama starts to have more common crisis once the War happened - which, NOTE, happened when she was barely a young adult, still a teenager
I feel like since she’s a young lioness, her mental health becomes worse. She learns how to heal over time, but this is her breaking point.
Also, new way how to draw paws! Not as hard as I thought
Anyways, that’s all for today! Hope you enjoyed and cya on next drawing
