Description Might not look like much, but this is groundwork for that VHS-themed digital drawing I did.

You're welcome!
I think we all need kind words like that from time to time to let us know that our efforts are being appreciated. It helps us to keep moving forward.
Aha ha, I'm happy to know that you like it!
I've been working on it for a really long time and I was super nervous about posting it.

Yes, I think so too! ^^
How long have you been working on it, if I may ask? The story already is very interesting and the art featured in the comic is incredible You've put a lot of effort into it I can tell <3

I've been working on it for over five or six years. I am not sure when I started exactly, because it was just such a long time ago, and I didn't date anything back then.
It started out with me filling up copybooks with this story that continued after Nazo Unleashed, and I still have them to this day.
Those were groundwork for what would become Halo on Fire.
I'm glad! I worked really hard on the story and had some help from a few of my close friends (others' opinions are important when creating any story or the like, so you can have a view of it from different angles.)
On the surface, it may look like nothing more than a fanfic..but it's so much more than that, hence why it's so important to me.
For some reason, I really struggle with the art? The lighting and consistency trip me up a lot, and I'm never sure if it looks right or not.
Thank you once again!
I do put a lot of effort into it and sometimes I just wonder if it's even worth it, but whenever anyone notices it, I feel like it pays off.

five or six years...  I'm really interested on how the story is going to go
Nazo and Pseudo seem really interesting <3 So far the lighting and colouring has blown me away with how visually pleasing it all is It's now made me want to do my comic in colour ;;w;; And the consistency seems fine from what I've seen <3
Have you tried uploading your artwork to groups? ^^ I think a lot of people would really enjoy your comic and artwork

There's the main storyline, but besides that, I made sure each character has some sort of a backstory, or dream/goal/etc., so there's sub-plots too.
I was sorta scared to go out the boundaries with Nazo/Pseudo. Because if I just had Pseudo like he was in Nazo Unleashed, he'd be a pretty flat character (since NU relies heavily on the fights rather than character development), so in this story, since he knows he's stuck in one place, he takes on a more sarcastic, mocking tone. He still has his cut-throat attitude, however.
I'm sure your comic will be great whichever way you decide to go with! I seen excellent comics both in colour and in black and white.
Ah, thanks. I was starting to get worried.
I was actually thinking of uploading to groups, but I wasn't really sure about them.
