SO.... This piece took me a little while. The only thing is, is this is the first piece of fanart I've done for my favorite anime character EVER... and it's him tied to a chair XD.Anyway this is Shuusei Kagari, from the anime Psycho Pass (That I still haven't finished) and I guess I just wanted to see how well I could draw him and I think I did alright.
