You don't have to, I didn't pioneer the practice, but I wouldn't object if you wanted to say I'd inspired you to do it =]
Thanks for the fave on 'Nighttime' <3

I've never seen something like this before, so cool! It's amazing how your crafted your piece out of something completely different, almost like a sculptor with a marble block.
I might try something like this one day...

Do you pick from certain kinds of books- like philosophy and such- or do you just see what you vibe with at the time?

I've used an assortment of books, this piece was taken from a book on linguistics, while others have been from novels. I can usually tell from looking at the pages what I can use and what I can't. Once I think a page is workable I then focus on the words, to see if it starts to say anything to me by skimming it.

[link] I'm on the fence with this one. It speaks or warmth but when I think of church I always feel cold...

It's more the metaphor of what a church represents, the idea of faith and comfort, and sanctuary, strip away all the religious connotations, cause I don't like those either. It's basically saying 'this is where my faith lies, this is my church.

Wow, that's pretty cool... although it slightly distracts me that there is a 'he' there, of whom we know nothing. However, the imagery of 'warmth' as a 'church' is rather powerful in its way. Out of curiosity, where does the page come from?
