Here's some love for the #1 Net Idol! CHIU-CHAN!This is Chiu in here battle uniform after a pactio transformation thingy... It looks pretty good if I do say so myself. Didn't know if I should've kept the background white or not, but I went with the colored bubbled things. I should've thrown in her lil' mouse buddies for more effect.
