... in fairies!A commissioned illustration, and a fantasy one, after so long!
It's a painting based on a very old image of mine, having the same title and almost the same theme and colors.
I also posted some WIP of it on my flickr gallery , just for the curious people!
Technique: markers, colored pencils and white acrylic.

Italian is an interesting language, unfortunately not very useful in our global world. Unlike English, French or Spanish, only Italians speak it ^_^
Yep, I'm a lover of traditional tools, I can only draw holding a pencil/marker/brush in my hand ^_^

i wish i knew how to colour like this with my markers. its all so delicate, and the leaves look so wonderful and frosty. the fairy is wonderfully understated. excellent job, im sure whoever commissioned it is happy they chose you
