I'm wondering the same thing myself. My only guess would be it's Viserys and Dany when they were younger, before the start of the books when they were on the run, afraid of "the Userper's catspaws". Problem is the other three are instances we witnessed in the books, important ones at that, we never actually saw any scene of a younger Dany and Viserys.Β
