I think that fight between Annie and Mikasa would be very close. As the Female Titan, Annie knows how to defend herself by using her hardening abilities. Eren could attest to her prowess during their fight. If Mikasa has the same hardening abilities, speed and intelligence to outwit her. That fight would be very deadly.

The only thing that remains is to see what kind of powers does Mikasa's titan form possess (though I am not amused if I get to see Mikasa getting powers or abilities that surpasses Annie's since she's "Oh so perfect!"-like soldier).
