HeadCannon: They show sakuras parents a few times in the manga I think, and road to ninja, but I wanna know, how did they feel about sakura being bullied as a child? where were they? Do they not know?
To make more sense in my head as to why Sakura has an obsessive crush on Sasuke, Like Hinata on Naruto, was that her parents didn't pay attention to her at that time in her life, Growing up she didn't feel their love, so she searched for love desperately from someone else, Sasuke.
I mean her parents are shown to be quite comic-relief, goofy, it doesn't surprise me if they didn't notice anything was wrong, but they still love her of course.
