This one is close to my heart. Based on half remembered images of books i read in childhood. Educational materials about the world, the people and future technology

I remember a scene like this, depicting a beautiful expanse of countryside, dotted with technology that at the time, seemed inevitable near future stuff

Down the middle is the main section of hab domes, a beautiful valley where people live, in vast enclosed habitations that keep mankind from interfering with nature, and vice versa. Enclosed environs

In the upper right we have renewable energy, wind farms. Now commonplace, its lovely to see such things taking root in reality

In the lower right, farming. Traditional agriculture, but augmented with modern technology, like automated sprinkler systems

On the left side of the image, we have the future. Lower left is vertical farms, towering glass skyscrapers overflowing with greenery, producing food more efficiently than any other use of land

And in the upper left, an engine that drives the way forward. A fusion power plant, surrounded by research labs, particle accelerators, weather stations and observatories

This image represents a hopeful, utopian vision of the future, its how i was taught as a child, and it's how i'd like to look at our future habitation on this world
