the hair is very well drawn and shaded. the ears are well done. the head is far to wide. The right side of the face should be thinner. by A LoT!!!! and the right eye should be a lot thinner (about half the size is it now in length, but the width of it is good.) Overall it is relatively well drawn with some miner errors , if the tiny things you did wrong were fixed this would be a masterpiece. Well done! GO NAMMI GO!!
