This is a drawing I did of Evil the Cat, personally I'm not too fond of the throne but eh... It works I guess. The drawing is based off the load sprite "What the Heck?" of Evil from Earthworm Jim: Special Edition, also included the "Evil the Cat" logo from some Evil concept art.
Update (6-12-2010): Redrew the teeth.
