Second girl in my series of underappreciated girls from fighting games.

The second commission from Bad-Pierrot in my Forgotten Fighter Girls series. Next on our list is the Korean fighter who unfortunately, alongside her arcade game, never saw the light of day, Sung from Tenth Degree/Juko Threat.

Originally intended to be an arcade release in 1996 by Atari as a 3D fighter, the game was scrapped due to financial problems, the decline in the fighting game genre, and the fact that it could not keep up with the 3D competition already present in the form of Tekken and Virtua Fighter. Prototypes of the game exist online for sale and if you search YouTube you'll find let's plays of the game if you look hard enough. This game I had no idea existed until I saw a piece of fan art by a long time ago in which I spent months trying to find out who the character was and what game she came from. Thanks to the glory of the internet, I managed to find one promotional art piece of Sung here: Sung
Thank God I did otherwise I never would have been able to color that pic by SW all the way back when or been able to commission BP for this amazing pic. Once again, we lost another great potential character in the fighting genre who was a barefoot female fighter.

Sung here is being put through an intense foot washing by the entity hosting this Forgotten Fighter Girls event, the same entity who requested the Eternal Champion to tickle Jettamax. Sung takes good care of her feet, she has to because she's always barefoot, but she doesn't clean them as well as she probably could due to the fact that her feet are very ticklish. Sung was told that she can't be taken back into the fighting game community until she has her feet properly cleaned. Sung knows how hard this is for her and she also knows how the fetish community is the group trying to get her to come back, so she has come up with an idea to get clean and also show off her feet to the fetish community. She asks the mysterious entity to clean her feet for her and suggests that she be stocked and tied to ensure she doesn't try to stop the deep cleansing that her feet desperately need.
And so Sung now finds herself tied, stocked, and being tickled near tears. Fear not though, despite how ticklish the poor girl is, the entity won't torment her even though he does find himself crushing on Sung's feet from this. Sung is having a small bit of fun in this and is hoping to find more entertainment in the fetish community.
