Description
So spoopyMy Spiral child, Zalgo, a Shade-possessed dragon. The possession causes several mutations, including the growth of additional eyes all over his body, which drew him insane. They also itch a lot, so sometimes he claws the new ones out.

Oof that's quite a backstory. I like the shape of the wings and his face looks perfect.
Might I suggest trying something with the lineart though? I see you used different sized pens/lines (the body vs the bandages).
If you play with that, you can really make it pop more. I can see some variance already in the details of the wing. If you keep the outermost lines nice and bold for large shapes (the outside of the horn, but not the lines inside, outside edges of the arms and body, but not the scales) and then do all the details with thin lines (scales, horn edges) it'll pop even more.
