nice piece - took a while trying to understand the movement of the water- I wanted to know is the water attacking them? via unatural sources..
Judging by the path, bottom left , up to right, circle upper right, back down into the wave shape (think of an S figure) makes me think that is happening.. XD me and my friend jesterkimi were trying to debate the motion and came to that conclsion..

INTERESTING. Well, the true (and less thrilling) reason for the odd angles is just because I wanted to try something extremely diagonal. To up the ante. But hey, I'm into the vengeful wave theory
