Actually, Koishi Komeji is different from her sister, Satori Komeji. Unlike Satori, Koishi has closed her third eye in an effort to get rid of her mind-reading powers, but this backfired. Basically, not only was her ability changed to become even more powerful (Instead of reading the mind, Koishi got the ability to read and manipulate the subconscious), her own mind was sealed along with the closure of her eye. It's kinda sad.
