Pompous and affectionate, she strives in being perfect in every aspect (which others find to be quite silly). Tula, like Rosanne, sometimes tries (a bit hard) to win the hearts of the popular Butterflora, unfortunately, they're all uninterested in her. At the same time she constantly turns down the lesser-known, unpopular Butterflora.
As Sunnie represents the sun, Tula represents the moon, even dubbing herself the "Queen of the Night" due to the moon's "perfection". When everyone else sleeps at night, Tula stays out and gazes at the moon, wondering why it is accompanied by all the stars of the universe while she is "alone in the world".
