Ah yes, forgot to mention that you're in the same boat as far as WIPs go. Looking great! ^^
As far as your last question (about which parts are done/not), I'll go out of my way to say a few background details such as that little clocktower in the BG, and some leaf detail in the park are still pending. Maybe some cars too, although definitely not people (since they're probably fighting inside fuuzetsu).
But if she's fighting in flame haze form, of course you still have a lot of cool flame, fire and illumination effects to do, but that's what will REALLY make this painting shine! (pun intended)
That might also explain why you tint the whole thing black, since you need dark contrast around to make the illuminated area even brighter. ^o^
