Description
Rex Salazar from Generator Rex as a Lynx in the world of Mobius.I got the spots from the image on wikipedia, they turn bright blue when Rex is using his powers.
I got most of the reference for the face from NICOLE's picture on the wikia.
I was originally going to add his hair but I thought "Nah".
