Oh. My God!
look at all the greenery!!!
 

all these tones! and the deepness in the perspective! I can see all the way to the hills in the back!!! and the flowers in the front! Oh my! they really look so alive!!! and so different ! it's like the artist wanted to immortalize the local flora!

and I haven't even started with the characters! Ecthelion looks so relaxed! and I really love the expression on his face!!!
I really like glorfindel's hair and damn! even the horse looks great!!!

I just LOVE Glorfindels hair! And wehn I look at him, I know, why he is called the Golden Lord. His fea must shine like the sun! The clothing of Ecthelion has so many details. It is such a tragedy, they have to die... They look so paceful and hapy...to friends spending time together. Someone has to stop Maeglin!
Could it be, that the horse is inspired by Asfaloth?

Of course, Asfaloth is a great inspirer, but definitely Glorfindel always got along with horses
