Description This character is part of a project I've come up with myself
As I really want to become a game artist I thought it'd be important if I were able to come up with something like a new race. I know this isn't the most original concept, but I plan on making it into a real race of my own, just to learn the ways of designing different aspects of a race, while not going off the main concept.
I will make different female and male characters with different armor and body shapes to fit their purpose in their ranking system and profession. Ill probably come up with environmental ideas as well for the race, but that will be quite a while away in the future, as I'm not too rich when it comes to time to draw, but it will be Jungle-ish!

Anyway, for now Ive decided to call this race the "Jendir"as it was the best thing I could come up with

Mind giving me your idea on all this? Id be happy to hear!
Feel free to make a Jendir of your own as long as you'll be kind enough to give me credits for 'creating' them I know they're not that special though e.e

i think it looks like a goat demon woman and if you wanna become a game designer, maybe making yourself popular on dA would give some extra oppertunities? you have great art works and yet so little views, joining groups is a good way to get exposed

Thank you or the tip I've been thinking about it, just don't know much about groups and how to join them.. xD and especially what kind of groups would be good for me to join.. I have been approached for my work though, but only by small people, for personal projects or either a project which then seemed to be nothing (contact broke..). But nothing big yet.. not that my work is that good already to be getting opportunities, unless you think otherwise xD. I'm probably the biggest critic of my own work so I might be a little too harsh on myself when it comes to reviewing my work and deciding where I am skill-wise...

And shes half feline, half... goat/gazelle thing with a long tail and lots of hair on specific places hahaha xD.
And a bit human.. She's a protector born from her planet. Born to protect it from the worst evil the planet has come across in the past. Half spirit and therefore able to shape shift according to her environment. She would be in this form in a snowy/frozen area.
I'm creating an entire world for this race to live in along with others

well... when i first started in dA. i just browse thru the popular arts and look at what groups the artist in. then i would join those groups and submit my work. basically any group that has lots of people/watchers would be good to get you exposed

i rekon your works are pretty good, not flattering or anything. lol yea, who's not harsh on their's own work. im never happy with mine. although they could be considering pretty good for beginners like me.

your idea reminds me of starcraft and it is pretty game-like kind of story. i think that's a pretty good idea just put some cool outfits and glowing stuff and she will look legendary xD

thehehe ^^ I just might do that! or glowing plants and half fading Jendir, turning into trees and shiz... I don't know lol But the whole idea of it was for it to be a world which could be suitable for a game so I'm glad you think its pretty game-like ^^ that's what I was aiming for!

haha awww that's probably one of the sweetest supportive things I've heard in a while thanks ^^

I was thinking of giving them very bright icy eyes, light colors, not like dark brown or some other dark color, but intriguing light. and perhaps a little reflective at night What I didn't include in any of the drawings of the Jendir so far, is their fur patterns (yes they have very short fur all over their body). My idea was to give them not only feline patterns like those of tigers or snow leopards, but also those of Okapi's for example, those are extremely interesting, just look up the animal on google .

Fluffy is good, but they aren't supposed to be cute so no a big chance they will ever get all fluffy and cuddly xD elegantly furred, that's their style.

I'm pretty sure you won't make Jendir friends that quick if you tell them they're cute D:
They don't like to be referred to as cute... most of them...
But I suppose I could invent a super cute and furry one just for fun, maybe it'll become an actual variety on the race.... who knows

That sounds a bit harsh!
Since you've also said: "and if you do, be kind enough to tell everyone I came up with these pretties" you've made clear that you deserve some credits for any future fan-creations. I agree with you. But I would change the first part of the sentence into something like this: "Feel free to make one of your own", after all... you should be glad that people want to create a character of your race.
